Update 11/17/22
Dear Friends OF AVC,
IMPORTANT: We will be switching to a NEW SOFTWARE SYSTEM by approximately late January. Our reminder system will be changing to EMAIL AND TEXT REMINDERS. In order to continue to provide uninterrupted health care reminders for your pets, please email both of these to us along with the First and Last name on your account with us (and ideally your pet(s)’ names for further cross-referencing if needed) to frontdesk@attleborovetclinic.com.
Thanks so much!
Warmly,
Your AVC Team
Update 2/18/22
Dear AVC Friends,
We are happy to announce that we will be reopening inside visits once again! We will be following the same guidelines as we had when we reopened in June. Looking forward to seeing all of you again in person!
Warmly,
Dr. Siegel and the AVC Team
Update 6/18/21
Dear AVC Friends,
We are so thankful to announce First Phase Reopening To Public- Monday, June 21, 2021! We have put much thought and consideration into welcoming you back in person!
In addition, we have been weighing the following considerations:
- Several of our beloved staff members or their families have conditions which either make them unable to be vaccinated and or at high risk.
- Our facility has limited space to maintain a healthy distance.
- The percentage of vaccinated people in MA is rising towards the minimum 70% national goal to approach “herd immunity” (57% fully vaccinated as of 6/10/21).
Our team will:
- Continue not to be at work if we are unwell.
- Maintain personal space.
- Continue to wear masks covering our mouth and nose.
- Disinfect high touch points.
- Keep HEPA air purification systems throughout the clinic.
We will be asking you:
- To answer the following questions before entering building.
- Have you experienced any symptoms of COVID in the last 48 hours (cough, chills, shortness of breath, loss of smell/taste, fever over 100 degrees)?
- Have you been in close contact with someone who tested positive or has symptoms of COVID in the past 14 days?
- Have you traveled outside the country in the past 14 days?
- Keep a mask on, covering mouth and nose while in the building.
- For the first Phase, 1 human family member can accompany their pet and will be escorted directly to an exam room. We will come outside to bring you in when the Doctor is ready for your appointment.
- Technician appointments and picking up meds and supplies will still be curbside for now, to limit crowded conditions in common areas.
- For those who have expressed a preference for curbside service, due to human medical concerns and/or because it has been easier for you and your pets, we are happy to accommodate, just let one of our team know!
Thank you very much for your support through these challenging times. We will keep you updated on further phases in our opening process!
Warmly,
Dr. Siegel and the AVC Team
